POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

TERMS OF SALE: Net 30 days from date of shipment. Classic Products accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards for accounts wishing to avoid C.O.D. charges. Credit card sales require a valid credit card number, cvv2# (located on the back of the card) and the mailing address of the credit card statement. We will only ship to the address of the card holder. Overseas accounts please contact our sales offices for bank wire transfer information. An interest charge of 2% per month, which is equivalent to 24% per annum, will be charged on all outstanding balances in excess of our credit terms. Accounts Not Current will not be allowed to deduct freight and will lose any pricing columns they may be on.


RESTOCKING CHARGES: Returns will be accepted provided the merchandise is current, in resalable condition, and in the original container.

  • 0% restocking charge if merchandise is returned within 30 days of invoice date, provided the invoice number accompanies the return.
  • 10% restocking charge on any item returned after 31 days from invoice date, provided the invoice number accompanies the return.
  • Items returned without an invoice number will be returned freight collect.

Soiled and discontinued items may not be returned. Items not purchased from Classic Products will not be accepted and returned freight collect to the customer. Discontinued, closeout, used equipment and clearance merchandise is sold on an "All sales final" basis and may not be returned for credit.


MAINTENANCE AND/OR FORFEITURE OF CREDIT ACCOMMODATIONS: Volume prices have been designed for vol ume customers who qualify and pay Classic in a timely manner. Accounts who are delinquent sixty days or more will be placed on C.O.D. and will forfeit all volume pricing columns. In addition orders may be held pending payment.


SPECIAL REQUESTS: A $5.00 charge will be put on orders for specific mass bias bowling balls.


FREE C.O.D. CHARGES: United Parcel C.O.D charges will not be charged on orders of $800 or more of current in stock merchandise of one shipment to one location. Common carrier shipments must be prepaid for C.O.D. accounts to receive the freight charge deduction.


BAD CHECKS: Any checks returned will be assessed a $30.00 bank charge and the account will be placed on a cash basis.


FREIGHT: F.O.B. All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping warehouse on location unless customer is notified otherwise.

FREIGHT DEDUCTIBLE PROGRAM: Raw Freight is deductible for any ONE INVOICE of $400 or more of CURRENT, IN-STOCK merchandise shipped from any of our three warehouses, provided the account is current and the invoice is paid in 30 days. Insurance, Hazardous Charges and handling charges are NOT DEDUCTIBLE. This offer is good in the Continental USA only and for UPS/FedEx ground zones 2, 3, 4, and 5 only. This offer excludes bowling pins and capital equipment items.

$1000 Common Carrier In-Stock Freight Deductible Program: Raw Freight is deductible for any ONE INVOICE of $1000 or more of CURRENT, IN-STOCK merchandise shipped from any of our three warehouses, provided the account is current and the invoice is paid in 30 days. This policy is good in the Continental USA only. This offer excludes bowling pins and capital equipment items.

FREIGHT DAMAGE: Contact the delivering carrier, UPS, RPS, or truck carrier, should you discover a damaged product after delivery. Keep all the containers and/or boxes merchandise is received in. Notify Classic Products immediately of this damage to have the merchandise replaced and for damaged claim credit to be processed. Shortages and damaged shipment claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.

UPS CALL TAGS are available for current or defective merchandise, however the freight charges and a $5.25 handling fee, will be subtracted from the credit total. Call tags may not be issued for hazardous materials.

GUARANTEED SHIPPING: All orders for in stock bowling supplies called in by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings time will be shipped the same day or Classic Products will pay freight charges, PROVIDING THE ACCOUNT IS CURRENT. Orders by common carrier will be shipped within 24 hours. NO SAME DAY SHIPPING GUARANTEE ON SPECIAL ORDER BALL SPECS SUCH AS "PINS, TOPS, AND TOTAL WEIGHT".


BACKORDERS: Classic Products will continue to call on all backorders and also will allow customers to add on to backorders so they can get up to the $400 freight deductible amount.


WARRANTIES: In regard to warranties Classic Products acts as an agent of the manufacturers, we support and apply the warranties as maintained by each individual manufacturer. These are the basic guidelines to follow:

  1. Bowling balls plugged or drilled through the pin are not allowed.
  2. Defective balls broke around finger or thumb holes with grips or inserts are not allowed.
  3. Defective closeout bowling balls need to have a retail store sales receipt sent with the ball so we can process the claim.
  4. Bowling shoes warranty is 90 days.
  5. Bowling accessories warranty is 30 days.
  6. Bowling bags vary from one manufacturer to another
